Letting rates and terms
Low season Mar,April,May & Oct 300 euro per week plus services.
High season June,July,Aug & Sept 400 euro per week all included.
Based on Saturday to Saturday letting. Other options available please contact us for details if required.
Extra odd days and long weekends at 55,00 euro per day.
Plus 100 euro caution per let.
50% with booking, balance on arrival.
100 euro caution returnable within 48 hours if no deductions.
It is normal for clients to leave the property as they would wish to find it , failing this a deduction will be made from the caution to cover cleaning and replacements.
Payments by Cheque, PayPal or cash only.
Payments in Sterling can be arranged.
